AetharAnime provides AI-generated video creation tools and allows users to optionally connect third-party platforms, such as TikTok, to publish generated content directly to their own accounts via official APIs and OAuth authorization.
When you connect a TikTok account to AetharAnime, you authorize us to access certain account information and to publish content to your TikTok account on your behalf, strictly within the scope of permissions you grant. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting your account within AetharAnime.

You must not use the Service to create, upload, or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, harmful, infringing, or that violates the rights of any third party.
You retain ownership of content you generate through the Service, subject to the rights of any underlying assets. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content submitted to or generated through the Service, including any content published to TikTok.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

Outcomes on TikTok or any third-party platform are determined by that platform and are outside our control.
Use of the Service is subject to any limitations, rate limits, or quotas imposed by us or by third-party platforms (including TikTok's API usage policies). We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party platform changes, outages, or policy updates.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AetharAnime and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
